Project site

Situated in central Germany, with a motorway exit (Wertheim/Lengfurth) on the A3 Frankfurt Munich road and thus directly adjacent to one of the most important north-south routes in Germany, the theme park extends over 10 hectares of a high-quality commercial area. It is immediately adjacent to Value Retail PLC’s “Wertheim Village” factory outlet centre and Hymer AG’s EXPOCAMP

Visitor potential/catchment area

  • 4.6 million persons within a travelling distance of 1 hour
  • 10.2 million persons within a travelling distance of 1½ hours
  • 17.3 million persons within a travelling distance of 2 hours.

    The average or above-average purchasing power of the standard catchment area is even considerably above the national average in the urban agglomerations considered.
    The theme park from the adjacent factory outlet centre and from the EXPOCAMP are also participating. According to the studies available to us, 15% of the visitor volume created by the adjacent attractions, 200 000 visitors, may be earmarked for this. We foresee intensive cross marketing with the two worlds of experience
